Our next adult Learn to Row programme will kick off early April 2022. Register your interest here here to secure your place.

You’ll learn the fundamental techniques of rowing as well as building up your fitness with other beginner rowers - your first crew.

All sessions are led by our experienced coaches. Rowing is weather dependent and in Wellington on the water training can never be guaranteed. But never fear! We have a large number of rowing machines and weights that we’ll run structured sessions on to build your strength and fitness. The clubhouse also has changing room and hot showers.
